Memory cafes are (mostly) free places offering wellbeing support including the chance to socialise and take part in music, dance, entertainment, and exercise activities, for people living with or affected by memory loss. They usually run for two-hour sessions and can vary in frequency, such as fortnightly or monthly. See website for more information.
