Support group providing professional advice, information about local support services and an opportunity to meet in a group. It meets on the first Tuesday of every month from 1pm to 3pm. Food is provided. It also runs activities including yoga every Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm, with a fee of £2.50. Please get in contact for more information.
