St Teresa’s Hospice

What

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions. It offers free specialist palliative and end of life care either in people's homes or at the hospice, including pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, social group activities and spiritual care.
