Exercise rehabilitation programme for people living with or beyond cancer in Hertfordshire. It offers a 12-week group exercise programme to help overcome the side effects of cancer treatment. Sessions create friendship groups, so participants can continue their journey beyond the three months. Discounted club membership is offered upon completion of the programme.
