Age UK – South Lakeland

What

Charity providing advice, support and personal care to people over the age of 50. It runs social and fitness group activities at different venues in the area where people can meet others, learn new skills, and stay active. Activities include lunch clubs, walking sports, arts and crafts sessions, chair based exercise, a carer support group, and more. It also offers practical help through its home help service and telephone befriending. Some services incur a cost. Please see website for more information.
