ACCORD Hospice

What

Hospice offering palliative and end of life care to people living with life-limiting conditions. Services are provided in people's homes or at the hospice and include pain/symptom management, social activities/groups, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapies, hairdressing and spiritual care. It also gives counselling and bereavement support to loved ones. See website for more information.
