Independent organisation for people living with a disability or health condition. It offers advocacy, information and advice on NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Free advice for up to 90 minutes is available and a free toolkit can be downloaded from their website to help navigate the process. People living with a disability, health condition or who have had an accident. To qualify, it must be proven that the person has ‘primary health needs’ - their care requirements are primarily for healthcare, rather than social or personal care needs
