Opening times for the Meet and Greet service are Tuesday to Thursday, 9.30am to 1pm. Please note that the Meet and Greet team are not Advisers and cannot give advice, they can help people access the advice services, and can accept and make copies of documents ahead of appointments. Advice can be accessed by phone, video call, and online self-help. Please see website for more information.
