Macmillan funded project for Fenland residents aged 18 and over. It trains local volunteers called cancer champions to provide practical and emotional support to people affected by cancer. The volunteer can represent you by liaising with health professionals involved in your cancer care, Macmillan support workers and other services, and can help you get peer support and opportunities to socialise.
