Francis House Children’s Hospice

What

Children's hospice for children and young people living with life-limiting conditions. It offers respite and end of life care with two separate facilities - Francis House (for children and their loved ones) and Francis Lodge (for teenagers and young adults). Younger siblings can also stay at Francis House and older ones at Francis Lodge. Its services include daycare, pain/symptom management, family support and bereavement support. Children and young people living with life-limiting conditions, loved ones and carers. Referrals to the service can be made by anyone including a health care professional, as long as the child’s parent or carer with parental responsibility has given their consent
