Services include a specialist nurse-led team, hospice day care, emotional and psychological support, complementary and creative therapies, bereavement, carer and social support. People over the age of 18 living with a life limiting condition, registered with a GP within Southend, Castle Point or Rochford, or residing in that area, referral can be made by self, carer or GP, healthcare professional, please see website for eligibility
