Holiday caravan for children living with cancer in Lincolnshire and their loved ones. Provided by Sophie's Journey charity, which was set up in memory of Sophie Robinson, the caravans can be used for one week breaks. Apply through your Clic Sargent social worker or your community nurse. The charity also runs fundraising events throughout the year. See website and/or contact for more information.
