What

Weekly drop-in support group for anyone living with a life-limiting condition, their carers and loved ones. It offers an opportunity to talk and share experiences and take part in planned activities such as relaxation, exercise, arts and crafts or guest speakers. Refreshments are available free of charge. Usually every Wednesday from 1.30pm - 4pm. Visit the website for more information.
