Community led initiative providing befriending and social support services to residents in Medway. It tackles loneliness and isolation through offering phone befriending and monthly face to face sessions across Medway as well as monthly walk and talk sessions. It also provides practical help to anyone who is housebound such as with their shopping. See website for more information.
