Support centre providing free and confidential information and support in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Services at the centre include access to counselling, complementary therapies, benefits advice and support groups. Contact the centre before visiting to check opening times and staff availability. It is normally open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
