Psychological therapy service for people aged 18 and over living with cancer and palliative conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers assessment and one to one therapy. Sessions take place at The Hillingdon Hospital, or by video or phone call. Home visits may be possible. Referral is usually via health care professional although self referrals are also accepted.
