Support centre providing free information, activities and a space to meet and share experiences with others. Services include support groups, welfare and benefits advice, and wellbeing workshops. Some sessions need to be booked in advance. People are encouraged to drop in for a chat, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, or visit the website for more details.
