Support centre providing information, activities and a space to meet and share experiences with others. Services include support groups, welfare and benefits advice, wellbeing workshops and complementary therapies. The centre is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Some activities need to be booked in advance and others are run on a drop in basis. Please see the website for further information.
