Referral programme of physical activity for people recovering or living with long term conditions who have been advised by a health professional to be more active. ​The programme consists of 12 free, supervised sessions. Call, email or fill in the online enquiry form for more information. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
