Children's charity providing support to families with a child living with a life-limiting condition. Family support workers care for families by entertaining children, maintaining school attendance, helping out at home, providing hospital support by organising appointments and more. The South West team covers Swindon, North Wiltshire, South West Oxfordshire, Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire and North East Somerset.

Who

Rainbow Trust supports all families with a child aged 0 to 18 living with a life limiting condition. Anyone can refer provided consent has been given by the family concerned
