Mainly Guildford and Waverley with some additional areas. Clinics held at The Beacon Centre, Guildford, or in people's homes

Who

People aged 18 and over with lymphoedema who are registered with a GP practice within Guildford and Waverley (the service also covers additional areas). Referral needed by a GP or other health care professional
