Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers specialist palliative and end of life care in people's homes or at the hospice. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, art therapy, counselling and bereavement support. Referral is via health care professional.
