St Michael’s Hospice – Hereford

What

Hospice offering free specialist palliative and end of life care for people living with life-limiting conditions. People are cared for in their home and can stay at the hospice in Hereford as an inpatient or visit for day therapy. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, family/carer support, spiritual care and bereavement counselling.
