What

St Wilfred Hospice's clinical nurse specialist (CNS) team offering palliative care to people living with life-limiting conditions. Services can be brought to people in their homes, or when people visit the hospice's Living Well Centre, or in one of the local consultation rooms including at Uckfield Community Hospital.
