StrongMen – bereaved adult men’s support

Charity offering emotional and mental health support and free short activity breaks to bereaved adult men. It provides peer-to-peer phone-based support, where applicants are paired with an experienced volunteer who has been through loss. Its organised weekend group retreats give men a chance to meet others with shared experiences. See website for more information.
