What

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions. It offers palliative and end of life care, including supporting people in their homes. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, social and support groups and spiritual care. It also gives counselling and bereavement support.
