The 3H Foundation – support for unpaid carers

What

Charity for those who are unpaid carers for a disabled loved one. It offers practical support, helping carers get a break from their caring role through days out and may provide financial help towards this. Support is also given to young carers aged 13 to 25. Low income families are supported to organise their own UK holiday with grants towards their accommodation. See website for more information.
