Mental Health Support – The Light Lounge – Blackpool

What

Community mental health service for people aged 16 and above struggling socially and emotionally with life challenges and those in crisis. It provides clients with tools and strategies so they can manage their own mental health and reduce crisis. The team are not counsellors or therapists, but can refer you into local services if appropriate. Their Blackpool centre is open for drop in every day, 4pm to 10pm.
