What

Charity offering a range of low cost and free therapies and wellbeing activities for people experiencing stress related conditions or mental health problems. Services include a wellbeing group and activities, counselling, mind and body yoga, complementary therapies and therapeutic gardening. Some activities are one to one, others in groups. People living with cancer, long term conditions and/or experiencing mental health issues There is no need to be referred unless it is for the low cost counselling or complementary therapies. This can be done by a GP, support worker or any health professional. Self referrals are also accepted
