u3a – University of the Third Age

What

Nationwide movement providing support to people no longer in full time work. It offers locally-run groups offering group activities ranging from art to zoology and everything in between. Groups are run by volunteers and members and people are encouraged to draw upon their knowledge and experience to teach and to learn from others.
